I have been thinking of ways to help make people better understand how sometimes it is good and frankly necessary to make changes. Do you remember ATT? If my memory serves me correctly that was the major and maybe only telephone provider out there.
Everyone had it (under different names depending on the region of the US you lived in) and it was given that this was your telephone provider. Most of us just made our payments because this was the company that allowed us to make phone calls.
I don’t know about you but I have unlimited long distance calling, internet access and cable on the same bill for much less than I was paying years ago. Things change because competition happens. What is that system called…oh yeah….free enterprise!
It will take the nation a little while to understand that they can choose a different energy provider than the one they have used for years. Ambit Energy will become a household name the same way that Verizon has become so competitive.
It is up to us as consumers (and potentially marketers) to make Ambit Energy a household name. I am here in the beginning of this phenomenom and I almost can’t sleep when I think about it. How do you think those Google investors felt in the beginning if they believed in it?
Ambit Energy will be so easy to market. I want to remind people of the changes that have been made with other conglomerates and the job is done. It is done and I (we) have the potential to keep Ambit Energy around for a very long time!
So who is going to join me?
Please check out the opportunities here and here.

Good post Laura!
It’s funny you mentioning AT&T, and Verizon. My wife has worked for Cingular for years, which merged with AT&T, but where she works now; will soon be a Verizon. LOL
Curious to hear more about Ambit though…
