In order to create a successful home business, it is essential to create a sincere relationship between you and your affiliates. It is based on trust and the real fact that you can help your affiliates succeed. They want to be successful in their home business but they need you and your knowledge.
So how are you going to help them succeed?
You have to employ the methods of a teacher.
Engage and entice your affiliate (student). Let them know of the potential of joining your program and how it will benefit them. A good teacher (sponsor) will use examples to motivate and have their affiliates asking questions. The best sponsors will encourage their affiliates to want to know more.
Give concrete examples and don’t rely on prior knowledge. No one wants to admit ignorance, or hardly anyone anyway. When starting a home business there are so many variables and so many different levels of experience with the people who take these projects on. Email your downline regularly and give advice and examples of ways you have used to promote your business. Literally walk them through the process because there are so many people who are seeking this line of work with no previous experience.
Be Accessible And Show Sincerity. There is nothing more important when you are starting a home business than having someone you can rely on for advice. There are so many variables in this business as well as the previous knowledge levels of affiliates coming into any program. As a sponsor (teacher) you have to be there to answer emails and even take the steps to send and email to say hello. If you truly want success for your affiliates, you have to let it show through.
As a teacher, these are all methods I employ to gain trust with my students. As an owner of a home business, I use these same methods with my affiliates to help to make them successful and isn’t that our ultimate goal?
