Why Would You Want To Start An Internet Home Business?

Because its quite possible to find a new career that you love. There is nothing like the satisfaction you gain from finding success with an internet home business and it’s quite possible and even affordable to do. That is if you do it correctly.
So let’s talk about where to begin. There are so many opportunities available and you can be sure they are not all created equally. Among the internet home business opportunities available, many are just to difficult to make work and are not really designed for someone who is new to internet marketing.
What kind of home business should you look for? You want to find a company that has a good reputation and has preferably been in business for some time so that they have a track record. If an internet home business looks appealing then you have to research a little deeper before you make any serious decisions. It’s your money. Do a Google search to see what people are writing about it. Inevitably, there will be a blog or two or one thouand written by people for or possibly against the company. The key is to read and research all you can.
Now that you may have found the best internet home business for you, its time to try to talk/email someone who is in the program to start picking their brains. I strongly encourage using this tactic to get to know more about the people involved and what and how they are doing with this business. It is pretty easy to do too. When you are researching blogs about this business, there will be either a website, place for comments, an email address or some other form of information given by the author so that someone can contact them. Go ahead and make contact first. Then plan your questions when they reply, that is if they do.
Now what should you ask and why? Well, you want to know everything about the program and the person who will potentially be your sponsor. Write down a detailed list of questions about the product, the company, the owners, the person who may be your sponsor, money, payments, how you earn, when do you see profits, etc. If they are good and an honest person then they will definitely answer you.
Don’t forget to ask about training. This is especially important for newcomers. Make sure at least your sponsor is helping you begin your journey. A good training and a good sponsor are truly necessary to helping you move along and do the right things in the beginning.
Take these steps to heart. Finding the best internet home business for you is within your reach. Only if you do it the right way, that is.

I am officially a member of a certain, extraordinary health and wellness company as of today due to the diligence of Karl Green and the RIOY support team. This is such exciting news because now we can all begin our journey and see our dreams come to fruition.
This opportunity with RIOY and “this company” is like no other available via the internet or any other place for that matter. I’ve written several posts about it so I won’t repeat myself, but there is no way that any other company will guarantee to build your business for you and actually give you exact numbers. This is a home business and company that will not allow you to fail. Period.
I was thinking about the potential here and comparing it to my own career as an educator. If I stayed in education until my retirement age I will be making a great salary but when my pension kicks in it will be just a percentage of my salary…and not a large percentage at that.
If I stay with RIOY and “this company” my commissions will get larger as my team grows. Yes, I take into account attrition but its more likely that I will be earning more as time goes on, not less!
Its a beautiful thing, exciting opportunity and I truly feel blessed to have found RIOY!

A Little Courage Goes A Long Way With RIOY And The Admin

I’m posting this as I spent much of today sending out emails and making some changes to my articles about RIOY (Retire In One Year). I’m not finished by the way…but I was semi-productive on my day off.
Karl Green is the founder of RIOY and had a vision to start a program where people would pay a fee to belong to it and his team would market for them. It was all about “multiple streams of income” which in the marketing and home business arena is the way to go. His ultimate goal was to get everyone into a well known health and wellness company because that is the program that would eventually provide the income that everyone who is seeking a home business is looking for.
The problem was that people who signed up for RIOY and were not promoting it themselves were not finding much success. Karl knew that was happening and had the integrity and courage to make a huge change to the RIOY system regardless of how some people might react. I respect that.
Its now all about this company. The RIOY team is going to market this company for the members, place 100 people under you and pay for your $100 autoship and membership fee. It all depends on how much you opt in for though. I’m going to give you the schedule here but you don’t have to do the one time fee. I will also post the other option as well.

Summary of New RIOY Program:
- Member pays RIOY $35 per month to cover operating expenses and help fund program
- Member makes One Time investment in multiples of $500 (minimum $500). For example $500, $1000, $2500.
- Triple your investment within one year - Money Back Guarantee
- RIOY signs up member in this company – covers registration fee
- RIOY pays for product purchase of approximately $100 per month. This qualifies member for this company’s commissions
- RIOY will pay for 100 Customers from this company’s infomercials to be placed under member. Member receives 4 customers per month for 25 months.
- RIOY will place 3 Business Affiliates (BAs) under you. Each of these 3 BAs will also have 100 customers and 3 BAs under them, etc
Fast Start Bonuses – Member will be paid 20% commission on one time payments of their new RIOY upgrades from lead to marketer.For example if one of your leads upgrades and invests $500 you will receive $100, if they invest $1,000 you receive $200, if they invest $1,500 you receive $300, if they invest $2,000 you receive $400, if they invest $2,500 you receive $500, etc
It has just been brought to my attention that many think I will
not help you unless you pay me at least $500. That is not so.For your $500 or more you will get 3 BAs, 100 customers and a

and qualify for commissions on three levels for about $20 per

So that is the new RIOY plan. I’m excited about it and it makes my personal goal of doing this work full time in 3 to 5 years seem more accessible. I never really doubted it because I love this work and I look forward to learning more about internet marketing.

I have been getting lots of questions about Ambit Energy, whether through phone calls or emails. Also, I can check from the admin side of blog the kind of search strings people are using to wind up here.
One of the basic questions is can you be an Ambit Energy consultant when you don’t live in a state that is live?? The answer is yes. One of my consultants who lives in New Orleans just got a bonus (and so did I because he did) for getting a few more customers. He got them on his own and I added another for him as well.
Another basic question is “Is Ambit Energy coming to my state”? The answer is it depends on when its coming, not necessarily if its coming. Ambit will be opening up quite a few more states on the East coast by the end of the summer or early fall. Illinois just opened up.
The key here is getting in early. Why you may ask? Well get this. I have made fast start and leadership bonuses for gathering customers and thats $100 here and $100 there. Not bad for just starting out. What you want to do is become a Regional consultant. That is when you will really start making money and you can help your downline become Regional consultants as well.
By the time Ambit comes to your state, you will be far ahead of the game. You will be a Regional consultant and on your way to earning a full-time monthly income.
Its very simple. Its the ultimate home business because Ambit is selling something that everyone uses…come on…say it with me…..energy!!!! I used to be a cheerleader!

OK, I know the title is corny but I needed something different and catchy. Over the last few days, I have had random phone calls and several emails from people wanting to know more about Ambit Energy. I think what is happening is that at first it sounds kind of crazy to some people because this idea is new. I mean selling electricity and gas??? But now there is so much literature on Ambit and people are coming out and telling their success stories that its now peaking people’s interest!
In these times where the economy is in a downturn, more people are looking for ways to supplement their income or just get away from their mediocre jobs. That is why the timing is perfect for Ambit Energy consultants. I know I have said it before, but just think about it one more time…..we sell energy! Everyone uses it and we can give them a better price. Its such a simple idea and so perfect.
Sure, some people resist change…at first that is. After people start to see their bills are lower and it doesn’t cost anything to change over, then why wouldn’t you do it?? Then the entrepreneurial-minded people see the opportunity for what it is—->the most exciting home based business to hit the US! Go Ambit Energy!

I was never interested really interested in business and certainly never considered having a home business. No way. I was thinking before I began to write this that I remember thinking that education is a more intellectual and noble pursuit and I was inspired by that notion.
I can admit when I am wrong. I was wrong. I personally get so much satisfaction on a daily basis these days. I have the opportunity to help people learn how to make a living or at least help them to earn money to supplement their incomes.
I have had the chance to help and motivate people and actually give pretty decent advice on how to get started with their home business. So guess what, I am still teaching! My students are interested in this part of my life and love to hear and learn about marketing (not during math class of course)! They think of it as an option for them some day and frankly it is an option.
There are so many good people who have home businesses and who truly enjoy helping people learn and earn as well. I learned from the experts (thanks Stone and everyone affiliated with PIPS) and I love sharing what they gave me.
Its not only about the money. When you have a home business you have to be creative, giving, strong, secure, intelligent and you have to love to learn something new every day. You have to be good with people and be sincere because most people will see the insincerity. You have to love what you are doing.

Wow! The 7th day of rest has not been so restful at all but I am certainly not complaining! I know I have said it before but I can’t believe how good things can be when you really love what you are doing. I mean that sincerely and apparently it shows.
Here is the breakdown. Ambit Energy: I bought leads based in Texas and sent out emails today because I am finding that Texans are a bit more friendly and trusting than New Yorkers (surprise!). As I was sending out emails I received a phone call from one of the people who just received my email! How is that for a good lead. The guy was educated, personable and saw the opportunity and the potential right away…my kind of guy. We spoke for awhile and I sent him more info and it was just such a satisfying experience.
I do understand that this is a business but you are really helping people when you are promoting something that can make a difference to them financially and maybe even in other aspects of their life. I look at it as a blessing.
RIOY update: I’ve seen a renewed interest in RIOY and spoke to someone yesterday and had 2 new leads who emailed me about the program. The new team build programs associated with RIOY are so enticing that I have been promoting them as stand alone programs just to get people interested in marketing. I had a sign up with Total Team Profit yesterday who saw the money making potential with that program. It just makes sense.
And finally The Berry Tree Update: I had a new free trial member sign up yesterday and we had a chance to speak on the phone. She is excited about the business and wants to learn more about marketing. I love speaking to people with a real sense of what to expect and how they can learn more to eventually earn more. This is what this business is all about. You need a sense of adventure coupled with a sense of reality. There is no other way. A good work ethic and positive attitude help immensely and it doesn’t hurt to be good with people. Actually, it really helps to be really good with people!
Each one of my programs Ambit Energy, the Rioy system, and The Berry Tree are going strong. I am continuing to learn how to be a better marketer and sponsor and frankly that is making me a stronger more confident woman in the long term….I’ve got no problems with that!

Just Steps Away From Regional Consultant-Go Ambit

Wow! Did I have an exciting past couple of days. I really love having a home business and get complete satisfaction from my daily interactions.
I had a new consultant sign up with me today with Ambit Energy, a great guy from New Orleans, and exactly the type of person you want to be on your team. He is trustworthy and honest and so excited about Ambit. He saw the potential and that is what I love.
This is the one business that I don’t feel you don’t have to sell. I may be wrong in feeling like this but if someone doesn’t see how Ambit Energy has such enormous potential then I don’t feel like convincing them. At this point, I think it sells itself!
I get emails and calls constantly and I truly believe it is just a matter of time. I have to keep reminding myself that I have only been with this company for a little over a month and in those terms I am having great success….I’m almost a regional consultant!
I was also accepted as a guest author on one of the many websites of Trent Brownrigg, expert home business guy! That’s really exciting for me too because its such a privilege to be recognized and accepted by this community of very knowledgeable, successful and warm people. I’m honored and realize that people do want to read what I have to contribute.

I found this article in yesterday’s NY Post on how customers in the boroughs of NYC are being charged significantly higher on their energy bills than their upstate counterparts. This is big news for those of us who are part of Ambit Energy now. We are right here when the news is happening and this may be one of the most exciting times in my life. I feel as if I have discovered Google or something. I think this is going to be really, really, big.
I’ll be hitting the high rises in the boroughs this week and next to secure contracts with building managers, superintendents, owners, etc. and I am thrilled about it. I’m learning that I’m actually pretty good at this kind of work and I really do love talking to people when I’m excited about something! OK….so here is the article.

CON ED ELECTRIC BILL 63% MORE THAN UPSTATERS PAY
By BILL SANDERSONMarch 17, 2008 — Con Ed’s residential customers in New York City and Westchester pay 63 percent more for electricity than people who live just 60 miles north of Manhattan - a difference of more than $500 per household per year, a new state survey shows. And with state utility regulators set to approve a big hike in Con Ed’s rates on Wednesday - along with soaring oil and natural-gas prices - the disparity between upstate and downstate is about to get a lot worse.Con Ed residential customers who used 500 kilowatt hours of electricity in January saw a bill of $110.20 - 63 percent more than the $67.66 charge paid by customers of Central Hudson Gas & Electric.In fact, Con Ed charges more in every category than any upstate private utility. The state’s survey doesn’t include
“The PSC has no viable plan to meet future electricity needs of Con Edison customers at a reasonable price,” Norlander said.
State officials are expected to boost Con Ed’s delivery charges by around 17.5 percent this week.
So what do you know. I have to admit I think that things are going my way in more ways than one. This is absolutely the best time to be part of this revolutionary opportunity.

Everything Is Going Right-No Jinxes Please

On the business side of my life, I don’t see how things can get much better for a relative newcomer to this business. Since I am working on several programs and promoting these as well as for the latest happening newcomer, Lorelie Held, I am going to have to do this in some kind of order.
Let’s take Lorelie Held and The Reverse Funnel System to start. I haven’t even mentioned this to Lorelie yet (ooops) but someone emailed me who wants to start promoting for her! How crazy is that. That is the power of the internet….once you have a good reputation then the rest is easy. Just find a way to have a presence and people will flock to you. It’s all about trust and knowledge.
The RIOY system update is a fun one today. I won $250 for being in 2nd place for recruiting. The funny thing is I gave away at least one of my sign ups. The best part of this program is that the admin is trying so hard to make this work and really cares about the success of everyone. I honestly believe that.
I had someone write to me today (actually a couple of people) about if I think they will make $4000 a month after a year (someone asked if they can without recruiting). My response was that I can only trust myself to get me anywhere in this business and I think that is the attitude we all need to take. It is all about what you are willing to put in to a business and most importantly, you have to treat this like a business that you just spent a small fortune on. You have to nurture it and build up a clientele. That is how you will make it.
Finally, the Berry Greens Boost is out (I have to order it) and I think this will bring even more people into The Berry Tree. I’m personally going to order samples to give out. I’ve had a few emails of interest but no one signing. I don’t even let them have my URL but there have not been takers for the past couple of weeks. The good thing is that my experience with BT has been that I have had a few sign ups within a few weeks and then none and back up again. Looking forward to the upward turn.
Last but not least…my Ambit Energy update. This is craziness because I am selling energy and everyone needs it. I happen to live in a county in New York that Ambit works with so I have the potential to be the energy supplier!!! I did some offline advertising today which was kind of fun because people had no idea they could switch companies with no hassle, no charge and have less expensive energy bills. I actually think this is going to be very big and I am trying to sincerely make a timeline for myself and my progress.
